Every February, the Immigrant Outreach Society (IOS) hosts its Annual Community Events to celebrate Black History Month and empower our community.

One of the key challenges our community faces—along with the broader Black community—is youth integration. To address this, we have created an event that provides a meaningful and engaging platform for youth to explore employment opportunities and connect with potential employers.
